Evaluation board is a 300W PFC circuit with 85~265VAC input and 393VDC output. It uses Boost converter and ICE2PCS01 for unity power factor. Switching frequency is programmable. It includes protection features, soft-start function, and employs third-generation CoolMOS™ for efficient power switching and SiC thinQ!™ Schottky diode for PFC application.
