The EVAL-M1-05F310R evaluation board supports initial application designs with IRSM005-310MH CIPOS™ Nano power modules. It is part of the iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit and features a power evaluation board with three CIPOS™ Nano 100 V half-bridge modules for motor drive applications. When combined with compatible control boards, it showcases Infineon’s CIPOS™ Nano IPM technology and advanced Motion Control Engine for motor drives.
