The evaluation board includes TOLL power MOSFET IPT015N10N5, medium power AF Schottky Diode BAS3010B, and bidirectional back-to-back MOSFET protection boards. It enables hotswap, in-rush current control, reverse polarity protection, eFuse, short circuit protection, and power source control, with stackable design for high parallelization count of TOLL MOSFETs.
