This document describes the Single Event Effects (SEE) radiation tests and results for International Rectifier HiRel Products, Inc. 60V, R9, Die Size 6, N-channel power MOSFET. The part numbers validated based on these tests are: IRHNS9A7064, IRHNS9A3064, IRHMS9A7064, IRHMS9A3064. This testing is to document the performance of the product in wafer fabrication facility from Fab-V.
