The CY15FRAMKIT-001 is a development kit for the Infineon Serial F-RAM memories. Infineon F-RAM is built on ferroelectric technology, which combines the nonvolatile data storage with the high-performance RAM. Serial F-RAMs provide fast writes at full bus speed.
