The 24 V ADR Switch Demonstrator showcases a semiconductor-based solution for a 24 V battery master switch in trucks, as required by ADR regulation. It includes eight MOSFETs on a copper IMS board with a gate driver circuit. To protect against overvoltage, four diodes are implemented. Small size is preferred for easier integration, lower costs, and reduced development effort. Customers seek battery switch designs with various specifications.
