Power MOSFET Simulation Models

About Power MOSFET Simulation Models

The Infineon Power MOSFET models are tested, verified and provided in PSpice simulation code. All power device models are centralized in dedicated library files, according to their voltage class and product technology. Although models can be a useful tool in evaluating device performance, they cannot model exact device performance under all conditions, and they aren't intended to replace bread boarding for final verification. Infineon therefore does not assume any liability arising from their use. The simulation model is evaluated with SIMetrix™ PSpice simulator.

To support you during the evaluation of your product/board, Infineon Developer Center provides you two main sections:

Software: here you will find all the software from Infineon

Tools: here you will find all tools which are getting offered by Infineon for the evaluation
