AUIRS1170S

First automotive qualified synchronous rectification control IC for high voltage DC/DC converters

AUIRS1170S is designed to drive N-Channel power MOSFETs used for synchronous rectification in isolated resonant, flyback and forward converters. With this new product Infineon enables easy implementation of resonant topologies in automotive DC/DC converters. In comparison to other synchronous rectification approaches the AUIRS1170S helps to reduce the number of components and power dissipation. Customers benefit from smaller, cheaper and very efficient designs.
