PSoC™ Preferred Design Houses (PDH)
Infineon offers optimized, open-market customer support for systems using PSoC™ MCUs through a network of technical experts. The participating partners are trained in the use of PSoC™ microcontrollers and provide product- and application-specific support. The Preferred Design Houses (PDH) extend the support force by specifying and customizing their expertise and thus increase the value of customer service.
The first level of support is provided by local field application engineers, and the second level, which addresses more complex topics, is provided by dedicated automotive security experts. Dedicated on-site consulting can also be organized to help customers reduce development time and costs.
