Infineon is a smart workplace and a very innovative company.

My main task is to design analog circuits that fit devices and product requirements.

The results of my work are innovative devices for power applications.

Designing a circuit is like doing a crossword; you have to find the best solution to fit your needs and the system requirements.

As a beginner, my biggest challenge is to keep the entire device being developed under control, always with an eye towards the bigger application picture.

Challenging, friendly, and happy work environment.

The most fun part of my job is bringing new ideas into the real world by implementing them into an integrated chip. I have a good opportunity to learn from many experts in my team, and working with them is also a lot of joy.

Colleagues at Infineon are great and willing to share knowledge, skillsets, and experiences. Infineon also provides such a good workplace, enabling me to improve both my hard skills and soft skills while enjoying every working day.

My main role is to design analog circuits to meet all specifications and to verify all implementations to ensure zero defects.

The result of my work is intellectual property (IP) cores that would be integrated into the customer’s chip.

Always think outside of the box to innovate new things.

As an IC designer, my biggest challenge is satisfying all customer requirements and familiarizing myself with chip design flows since there are a lot of requirements to be fulfilled in the automotive chip industry.

Learning new things by staying curious every day. Working with great people in Infineon’s great culture.
