It integrates dual-core ARM Cortex-M4F (160 MHz) and Cortex-M0+, 4160 KB flash, 512 KB SRAM, and eSHE security. Supporting ASIL-B, ISO 26262 and ISO 21434, it features 8 CAN-FD, 12 LIN, 4 CXPI, and 122 GPIOs. Operating from 2.7 to 5.5 V and -40°C to 105°C, it is RoHS and halogen-free, with planned availability until at least 2042.
