It features 2112 KB code flash, 128 KB work flash, 256 KB SRAM, 64 ADC channels, 8 CAN FD, 12 LIN, and 4 CXPI interfaces. With 152 GPIOs, 36 Smart I/Os, and 92/44/4 DMA channels, it operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and -40°C to 105°C.
