The CYT2B97CACQ0AZEGST is an automotive microcontroller from the TRAVEO T2G CYT2B9 series with dual ARM cores (160 MHz Cortex-M4F and CM0+), 2112 kByte flash, 128 kByte work flash, and 256 kByte SRAM. Supporting 122 GPIOs, 54 ADC channels, 8 CAN FD, 12 LIN, and 4 CXPI interfaces, it meets ASIL-B and ISO 26262 safety, HSM, and ISO 21434 cybersecurity. Operating from 2.7 to 5.5 V and -40°C to 125°C, it is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and planned available until 2042.
