CY7C1061GE-10BVXIT is a 16-Mbit (1M x 16) asynchronous CMOS SRAM with embedded ECC for single-bit error correction and an ERR output that flags 1-bit error detection/correction on reads. It supports 10 ns access, operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply, and provides automatic CE power-down (ISB2 30 mA max) plus 100 MHz ICC of 110 mA max. The -BVXIT option is a 48-ball VFBGA, dual chip enable device.
