TLE7259-3GE: Designed for in-vehicle networks (2.4kBaud to 20kBaud). Acts as bus driver between protocol controller and LIN network. Compliant to LIN standards, wide supply range. Supports modes, controls external components. Sleep mode: <8μA quiescent current, wakes up on LIN bus traffic. Low leakage current on BUS pin. Infineon SPT for ESD robustness, high EMI immunity. Low EME, battery voltage independent. AEC qualified for automotive.
