EVAL-iSSI20R03H is intended for evaluating the product features of Infineon’s SSI solid-state isolator (iSSI20R03H) in an application circuit. Evaluation board contains the iSSI20R03H and two OptiMOS™ ISC035N10NM5LF MOSFETs in an AC switch configuration.
