EVAL-iSSI20R02HCS is intended for evaluating the product features of Infineon’s SSI solid-state isolator (iSSI20R02H) in an application circuit. Evaluation board contains the iSSI20R02H and two OptiMOS™ ISC015N06NM5LF MOSFETs in an AC switch configuration.
