BTT3018EJ DEMOBOARD

Overview

This Demoboard comes with 1 one channel low-side switch of BTT3018EJ, which is the first HITFET™+ 24V device. All device pins can be directly accessed for customer measurements.

The Demoboard can be used as single stand and is also pin compatible with Infineon XMC1100 Boot Kit and Arduino Uno.
