MOTIX™ TLE9190QVW gate driver IC for BLDC motors has a conventional motor control concept via PWM input and 3 integrated current sense amplifiers for accurate shunt current measurement. The adaptive MOSFET control feature helps improve EMC performance, achieve target switching time and reduce power losses. Target applications include functional safety related BLDC or PMSM motor drive applications like electric power steering (EPS).
