MOTIX™ TLE9186QVW is a 3-phase gate driver IC with accurate current sense amplifier (CSA). It offers a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 32 V and can drive 6 MOSFETs up to a total gate charge of 150 nC at a switching frequency of 20kHz. Target applications include 12V BLDC motor applications such as oil pumps, water pumps, fans, HVAC blowers, engine cooling fans, and seat control module.
