The S26HS01GTFPBHV020 from Infineon's SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory family is a high-density memory solution with a density of 1 Gbit. It uses a HYPERBUS™ interface with 333 MByte/s bandwidth and an operating voltage of 1.8V. This product adopts Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and offers various configuration options to suit individual client requirements.
