CY7C1372KV33-167AXI is an 18-Mbit (1M × 18) synchronous pipelined burst SRAM with NoBL architecture and on-chip ECC. It supports 167 MHz zero-wait-state bus operation with fully registered inputs/outputs and byte writes. CEN can suspend operation to extend the clock cycle. Supplies are 3.135 V to 3.6 V VDD with 2.5 V or 3.3 V VDDQ I/O. Industrial grade is -40°C to +85°C in a Pb-free 100-pin TQFP.
