FM4-216-ETHERNET Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU Development Kit with Ethernet, CAN and USB Host
The FM4-216-ETHERNET is a development platform for developing applications using the Arm® Cortex®-M4-based FM4 S6E2CC MCU. This board provides a variety of peripherals for evaluating different modules of the MCU, including Ethernet, CAN and USB Host .

Use the Peripheral Driver Library (PDL) code examples. Download and install the PDL, and look in the examples folder. There are dozens of code examples available. Retarget the examples to your hardware.
You can also download a blank template project (S6E2CC series Template Project Version 1.0), which you can use as a starting point for your own development.
