IGBT families for up to 1200 V

The well-known 62 mm, Easy and Econo families, IHM, and PrimePACK™ IGBT modules all feature 1200 V. They come in chopper, dual, PIM, fourpack, sixpack, twelvepack, 3-level, booster and single switch configurations, with a current rating between 6 A and 3600 A. 1200 V IGBT modules can typically be found in motor control and drives, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), wind energy systems, solar energy systems or Commercial, Construction and Agricultural Vehicles (CAV).

IGBT  technology for up to 1200 V

Choose between different IGBT chip generations based on your requirements, for example, IGBT2 fast, fast- and soft-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 (T3 and E3), HighSpeed 3 IGBT, fast- and soft-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 (E4 and P4) or, soft-switching TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT5 E5 chip that is combined with the XT interconnection technology. 1200 V IGBT modules are equipped with the latest TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology that has been optimized for drive applications.

Mounting technologies of IGBT modules up to 1200 V

 Many IGBT modules with 1200 V are also available with pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM) for a reproducible thermal performance of power electronics applications. In addition to our well-known solder modules, we offer 1200 V modules which can be mounted with the help of PressFIT pins for a solder-less and lead-free mounting.
