This R6 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard, 250V, 12.4A device with a QIRL classification. Its improved SEE immunity, low RDS(on), and faster switching times make it ideal for space applications, DC-DC converters, and motor controllers. IRHNJ6S7234SCS retains all of the advantages of MOSFETs while providing high performance power handling and electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg.
