The TLD7021-96EQ is a 96-channel linear LED current-sink driver for animated front/rear lighting. It supports high pixel counts using multiplexing and HSLI up to 4 Mbit/s without a CMC. A 14-bit PWM engine enables pixel dimming at 0.8 kHz, with 4.8 kHz PWM before multiplexing. It supports HSLI on UART (no CAN) and provides 10-bit diagnostics with VFWD/SLS, open/short detection, and NTC/PTC monitoring.
