This evaluation board enables you to test analog performance of the OPTIREG™ TLF4D985QKV0xR1, functional safety system – supply for AURIXTM microcontroller. The board enables the user to test all power supply rails with external load resistors and to measure SPI signals, INT interrupt signal, ERR signal and window-watchdog service signal (WDI). KIT-A2G-TC375-ARD-SB is needed to interface with the GUI.

Features

  • OPTIREGTM PMIC and the passive external components integrated on one PCB
  • Optimized layout
  • Connector available to enable fast oscilloscope measurements

Benefits

  • Analog testing of TLF4D power supply performance w/o the need of a microcontroller unit
  • Testing of FuSa related functions: WWD, FWD, Err signal, SS1/ SS2, INT
  • Get acquainted with safety system-supply mechanisms of TLF4D in a protected environment
  • Get expertise and save time: PCB layout and BOM indication to play around with
  • GUI available to evaluate the SPI interface
