Overview

EZ-PD™ CCG7SAF is a highly integrated USB Type-C Power Delivery solution for automotive applications. It features a buck-boost controller, 2 switching FETs, and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor. It's highly programmable, with 128 KB flash, 16 KB RAM, and 32 KB ROM. Ideal for head unit and rear seat chargers, and for rear seat entertainment.

The EU Commission has mandated that all smartphones, tablets, and portable devices use USB-C chargers by 2024, making it the universal connector.
