The S25FS512SDSNFI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, including DDR Quad I/O up to 80 MB/s, and operates on 1.7 V to 2.0 V supply. With hybrid and uniform sector options, robust data retention, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it suits automotive, industrial, and embedded code storage and XIP applications.
