CY62126EV30LL-45ZSXI is a 1-Mbit (64 K × 16) CMOS static RAM with 45 ns access in a Pb-free 44-pin TSOP II package. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C (industrial). Ultra-low power includes 1 µA typical standby (4 µA max), 1.3 mA typical active current at 1 MHz, and automatic CE power-down with High-Z I/Os when deselected for battery-powered portable and embedded systems.
