A powerful AURIX™ TC37xTP MCU for automotive and industrial applications with a frequency up to 300 MHz and up to 6 MB of flash
Infineon releases its second generation AURIX™ microcontroller in embedded flash 40 nm technology. It comes back with an increase in performance, memory sizes, connectivity and more scalability to address the new automotive and industrial trends and challenges. This family has more than 20 products to provide the most scalable portfolio of safety microcontroller. In terms of performance, T37x offers 3 cores running at 300 MHz and up to 1.1 MBytes embedded RAM, and consuming below 2 W.

About AURIX™ TC37xTP microcontrollers
Like all families of the AURIX™ TC3xx generation, the AURIX™ TC37xTP series aims for reduced complexity, best-in-class power consumption, and significant cost savings. These second-generation microcontrollers with embedded flash 40 nm technology come back with increased performance, memory sizes, connectivity, and more scalability to address the new automotive trends and challenges. In terms of performance, AURIX™ TC37xTP offers three cores running at 300 MHz, up to 1.1 MB embedded RAM, and power consumption below 2 W. AURIX™ TC37xTP MCUs provides state-of-the-art connectivity with 1 Gbit Ethernet, 1x FlexRay, 12x ASCLIN, 5x QSPI, 1x I²C, 1x HSSL, 2x MSC, 1x I²S emulation, and 8x CAN including data-rate-enhanced CAN FD. They are additionally characterized by a rich peripheral set with 15x SENT, 2x PSI5, 1x PSI5S, a powerful Generic Timer Module (GTM), CCU6, and GPT12. The AURIX™ TC37xTP microcontroller family comes in two packages: LQFP-176 and LFBGA-292 .
