The S28HS01GTGZBHI030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal interface modes up to 400 MBps DDR and 200 MHz clock rates. Built-in ECC (SECDED), Endurance Flex, and interface CRC ensure robust data integrity and endurance. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C) and offers advanced sector protection and AutoBoot, ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
