Overview

EconoPACK™ + D-series 1700 V, 500 A sixpack IGBT module with Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4, enhanced Emitter Controlled diode and NTC. Also available with pre-applied Thermal Interface Material.

By switching to the FS500R17OED_B81 protected by our H2S technology, the IGBT module shows no growth of copper-sulfide (Cu2S) crystalline in comparison to the standard module. As a result, a lifetime of 20 years under the upper limit of the ”G3 severity level” according to ISA 71.04 can be calculated.
