EconoDUAL™ 3 1200 V, 600 A dual IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4, Emitter Controlled Diode, NTC and PressFIT Contact Technology. The module is qualified for the use in commercial and agricultural vehicles (CAV) such as hybrid and full electric busses as well as construction vehicles, according to the relevant tests of LV324.
