The S70GL02GT12FHAV13 is a 2 Gb (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It features a dual-die stack, 128 KB uniform sectors (2048 total), 20 ns page access, and 110 ns random access. Operating from a 2.7–3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports ×8/×16 data bus and advanced sector protection. Designed for automotive, industrial, and embedded systems, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
