TLE8457DLE supplies microcontroller and peripherals with 3.3 V, 70 mA. Offers undervoltage reset, LIN 2.2A, SAE J2602 compatibility. Ultra low standby current of 20 μA. Infineon BiCMOS technology for ESD robustness, high EMC level. AEC qualified for automotive environment. Different variants available (see family overview table).
