The S70FL01GSDSMFV010 is a 1 Gbit (128 Mbyte) FL-S Flash memory with a dual-die stack, supporting SPI Multi-I/O interface up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR. It features 3.0 V core supply, uniform 256-kB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Advanced security includes OTP array and sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, it operates from -40°C to +125°C in a Pb-free 16-pin SOIC package, ideal for automotive and industrial use.
