CY62148ELL-55SXIT is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) CMOS MoBL® asynchronous SRAM for 5 V processor interfaces. It runs from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to 85°C (industrial range) and is specified at 55 ns access. The device supports automatic CE power-down with 2.5 µA typical standby (7 µA max) and ICC of 3.5 mA typical at 1 MHz (6 mA max), with 15 mA typical at fmax, in a Pb-free 32-pin SOIC.
