The 2.5KW CCM PFC evaluation board features the 600V CoolMOS™ C7 Superjunction (SJ) MOSFET in TO-247 4pin package (IPZ60R040C7) for performance evaluation. It is designed for laboratory use only and aims to assess the CoolMOS™ C7's behavior within a PFC application. The board has been upgraded to EVAL_2K5W_CCM_4P_V3, incorporating the latest reinforced bias supply KIT_6W_12V_P7_950V with CoolMOS P7 950V.
