Automotive Ethernet Bridges

Discover durable, multi-gigabit Ethernet bridges designed for automotive applications

About

The automotive Ethernet portfolio of PHY transceivers, switches and bridges supports networks speeds from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps and the security and safety  features required for today’s and tomorrow’s in-vehicle networks.

  • Complete portfolio: One-stop shop for in-vehicle networking
  • Advanced security: Protect automotive networks from malicious attacks
  • High bandwidth: Automotive solutions from 100Mbps to 10Gbps

The QB5224 device is a multi-gigabit Ethernet bridge designed for automotive applications. The device is designed to directly connect to automotive-grade cameras, graphics processing units (GPUs), etc, via CSI-2 interface as defined by the MIPI Alliance. The bridge implements the Ethernet physical layer portion of the 10GBASE-T1 standard as defined by the IEEE 802.3ch task force.

  • 4 lanes of MIPI CSI-2 Rx/Tx
  • 10GBASE-T1, IEEE 802.3ch-compliant
  • I2C Support
  • AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C)

Register to the myInfineon Collaboration Platform (myICP) and gain access to additional Ethernet information: Technical add-on documentation, training, tools, and much more. Follow these steps to get started:
