MOTIX™ TLE9954QSW40-33 is a compact system-in-package (SiP) solution integrating the MOTIX™ TLE9954QSW40 (SoC) with 6 OptiMOS™ 7 MOSFETs in a custom-designed QFN package. Achieving an approximately 40% PCB size reduction compared to designs using the MOTIX™ motor control SoC and external MOSFETs, it is ideal for space-constrained applications like seat control. 

Its innovative design supports 2-layer PCBs and delivers increased efficiency through fast switching. It proves Infineon’s innovative mindset as the first solution on the market in its power class to integrate all required components.

 

The MOTIX™ TLE993x is a fully integrated 3-phase system-on-chip (SoC) featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, LIN transceiver, gate driver, voltage regulator, and MOSFETs on a single chip. Its integrated B6 bridge supports up to 2 A peak current, ensuring compact PCB size.

Ideal for small BLDC motors, this solution enhances automotive actuators like HVAC flaps and valves with efficient and space-saving design.
