PSOC™ is the world’s first programmable, embedded design platform. The PSOC™ 4 MCU with AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE includes a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0, with both analog and digital programmable blocks. The PSOC™ 4 with AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE is an Arm® Cortex®-M0-based PSOC™ device that integrates programmable analog front ends, programmable digital logic, industry-leading CAPSENSE™ user interface, and Bluetooth® LE radio. It includes a royalty-free Bluetooth® LE protocol stack compatible with Bluetooth® 5.3.

PSOC™ 4 MCU with AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE simplifies your RF board design by integrating the Balun resulting in reduced PCB footprint. It delivers five flexible low-power modes to customize the configuration as per your specific need. Also, with our industry-leading CAPSENSE™ technology, the PSOC™ 4 MCU with AIROC™ Bluetooth® LE enables sophisticated user interfaces such as touchpads and gesture controls offering best-in-class user experience.

This MCU is enabled with PSOC™ Creator which is a fully integrated and complete system design tool. It enables concurrent hardware and firmware editing, compiling, and debugging of PSOC™ systems. Customers can also use schematic capture with proven peripheral components for rapid design iterations.
