Virtual Annual General Meeting, Thursday, 20 February 2025, 10:00 a.m. CET

Shareholders of Infineon Technologies AG may register online via the InvestorPortal for the virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 20 February 2025 and exercise their shareholders’ rights, probably as of 13 January 2025.

Furthermore, Infineon shareholders can use the InvestorPortal to watch the live webcast of the AGM on 20 February 2025 from 10:00 a.m. onwards and – in case they are registered in due time and in the proper form – electronically connect to the AGM.

On top of that, from now on, shareholders can update their e-mail address, grant or revoke their consent for the future electronic delivery of the General Meetings documents or change their individual access code.

Registration for the Annual General Meeting must be received latest by midnight (CET) on 13 February 2025.
