The flexible state machine, featuring an ultra-low quiescent current standby mode and a cyclic wake-up timer, favors energy-efficient usage in a broad range of automotive applications. Comprehensive safety features, including a configurable monitoring unit, functional and window watchdogs, and a safe state controller, enable easy realization of ASIL D systems according to ISO 26262. The OPTIREG™️ PMIC TLF4D985QKV03 comes in a thermally enhanced PG-LQFP-64 package capable of automated optical inspection.
