Introducing the TLE7250, driving signals to the CAN bus, safeguarding the microcontroller, and supporting CAN FD with data rates up to 2 MBit/s. With excellent passive behavior and Infineon SPT providing ESD and electromagnetic immunity, it's ideal for mixed supply HS CAN networks, including TLE7250SJ. AEC qualified and tailored for the automotive environment, it features three operating modes and optimized output slew rates.
