The S26HS512TGABHB000 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with 1.8 V HYPERBUS™ interface, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q100 Grade 2/1 reliability (–40°C to +105°C/+125°C). Built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles per sector and 25-year data retention. The device supports DDR read speeds up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, built-in ECC, sector-level protection, and flexible sector architecture.
