The reference design is an automotive 3-phase motor drive for engine cooling fans, capable of driving 1kW motors at 12V. Key components: TLE9879QXW40: A single chip 3-phase motor driver. IAUA250N04S6N007: An OptiMOS™-6 40 V MOSFET. The reference design is optimized in terms of EMC and thermal performance. Comprehensive support materials are also provided, including layout and schematic files, EMC test reports, thermal analysis data.
