With a broad package portfolio, the OptiMOS™ 5 family of power MOSFETs offers the industry’s lowest RDS(on), as low as 2.7 mΩ in the SuperSO8 package, providing the highest level of power density and efficiency.

Key benefits of OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs in 80 V/100 V

OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs provide high system efficiency, reduced switching and conduction losses, increased power density, and a low voltage overshoot. The 100 V OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFET has a 5 V lower voltage overshoot compared to the next best competitor. In addition to its use in isolated DC-DC converters, these can also be used in telecom application blocks including OR-ing, hotswap, and battery protection.
