The TLE6250 (TLE6250G and TLE6250GV33) HS CAN-transceiver family are monolithic integrated circuits for high-speed differential mode data transmission in automotive and industrial applications. They serve as an interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical differential bus in 12V and 24V systems. The TLE6250G is specifically designed for automotive applications, providing excellent EMC performance.
