The S29GL064S80FHV030 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, featuring top boot sector architecture and a configurable 16-/8-bit data bus. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, with VIO from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports access times down to 80 ns. Advanced sector protection, hardware ECC, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector ensure reliability.
